Is CACR 12 the School Funding Solution?

The NH Senate will take up CACR 12 on Wednesday, February 15th. Is this constitutional amendment the long sought after solution to NH's public school funding challenge? Will the voters finally get a say on how to fund public schools? If so, what does this all mean? With the Senate Leadership on board and the Governor's folks warming to the idea, will the House under Speaker O'Brien find the measure worthy of the public's consideration? These are important questions which will be answered here over the next few weeks and months.
